Create the best possible list of names for your next mailing with Mailrite’s merge-purge and deduping service.

It takes vigilance to keep duplicates—to either individuals, households or businesses—out of your database, especially when combining multiple lists for a mailing.

The process of removing those duplicates is called merge-purge or deduping. Duplicate mailings cause extra expense and missed revenue or donation opportunities if the deduping incorrectly removes desired names.

Deduping is not an automatic or exact process; it requires a balance of software automation and human judgment.
