Breaking News: Bulk Mail Postage Rates to Rise 2.6% on January 27, 2013

While the postal service has announced a 4% overall increase, bulk mail Letters and Flats increased an average of 2.6%. That includes postcards, letters, self-mailers, newsletters, catalogs, and other advertising material.
